Saw-Cutting
Saw cutting is 140/hour with a 2.5 hour minimum, prevailing wages is 150/hour with a 4 hour minimum. If cutting over 200' a laborer will be sent at $70/private and $100/prevailing 10% slurry fee
Coring- 140/hr with a 2 hour min. If core catcher is required rate is additional $70/hour, up to 6" hole if a bigger core is required add $5/hr
Wall Saw- 2 men required $210/hr with 3 hr min. 10% slurry and blade add
Demolition
